O quarto é muito bom. A equipe excelente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Falta colocar umas barras de segurança no box. Uma água ou cafezinho de cortesia, na portaria, também seria bom.

No café da manhã, havia um churros duro e gelado, indicando que o item não estava fresco. Além disso, a água do chuveiro não esquentou no sábado à noite e no domingo pela manhã. O frio estava intenso e não foi possível tomar banho — situação inadmissível, mesmo após a recepção informar que um técnico já havia sido acionado. Na sexta-feira à noite, o portão do subsolo apresentou falhas, fazendo com que ficássemos aproximadamente 20 minutos aguardando no frio (estávamos de moto), já que não havia vagas disponíveis no térreo. Embora o hotel seja novo e ofereça uma estrutura surpreendentemente aconchegante e confortável, deixou a desejar em quesitos de manutenção e na qualidade de alguns itens do café da manhã, que não aparentavam estar frescos.

Paguei por um upgrade na área nova; o quarto é maior do que os usuais, limpo, com pia, mini-fogão por indução, mas totalmente desprovido de talheres, pratos etc., e o frigobar sem garrafas de água. O quarto está diretamente exposto á luz do sol e assim a parede do mesmo fica absurdamente quente pela manhã - a cama está a 30 cm da parede. Fica muito desconfortável dormir após às 7 da manhã. O staff é atencioso, o café da manhã de boa qualidade, e o buffet do jantar também bom. Poderiam melhorar alguns itens. Há espaço de estacionamento (pago) e o acesso ao hotel é fácil, devido à conveniente localização. The “value for money” está adequado.
