The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options. The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive.

O hotel é lindo, elegante e muito bem decorado! O cuidado nos detalhes, bom gosto e organização são primorosos! Os quartos são aconchegantes, modernos, com tecnologia - Alexa atende aos comandos de luz, cortinas e som - alem da banheira no mezanino que é um plus! Alem disso, a equipe toda super atenciosa. Destaque especial para a Sabrina, do atendimento aos hóspedes, que fez o impossível para atender minhas solicitações para uma comemoração memorável de aniversário 🎁 uma profissional muito competente!! A equipe de atendimento no restaurante foi incrível tanto no jantar quanto no café. Todos de parabéns!! Não usamos a piscina nem as saunas, por conta do frio, mas nosso aniversário no Suryaa certamente foi inesquecível! O hotel tem uma bela vista para o campo de golfe e as residências do Alphaville Graciosa. Conta tb com tomada para carregar carros elétricos, o que foi super útil para nós. Agradeço a todos da equipe Suryaa e Vamos retornar com certeza!

Restaurante atendimento, refeições no jantar poderiam ser melhores. Não tinha carta de vinho. Deram um caderno com os vinhos sem os preços, o atendente tinha quer no sistema pesquisar um a um e com muita demora. Lamentável para um restaurante renomado.

Uma das melhores experiências de hotel, com muito conforto e luxo. O quarto é extremamente confortável, com banheira, cheiroso com produtos da marca bvlgari (shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido), o quarto está sempre climatizado com a essência também da marca. Café da manhã maravilhoso e preparado por chef, a piscina é linda porém não usamos. Super recomendado.
