Everything was excellent, the room, the service, the locale. Staff were especially helpful.

I had little interaction with staff however, the young woman at reception was very pleasant. I stayed in a Queen room. It was spacious and well appointed with chairs and a table, tea and coffee making facilities (a coffee machine), a microwave oven and a 'kitchen' sink. The bathroom was also well-fitted out. The room was very clean and tidy.
