Just a one night stay. But it was good we liked how breakfast was tell 10:30 and checkout was later also. Not the usual early time like other hotels.

Sharron was the breakfast attendant and was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in with the room price making the property a great value. We received a text message before our arrival stating that the pool would be closed. We were offered $25 off our room stay which helped pay for the entire fee of going to the Midco family aquatic center. The aquatic center was awesome and the kids enjoyed the indoor city waterpark. The front desk told us about Midco. Thanks! I will highly recommend any of my friends visiting Sioux Falls to stay at this property!

Our stay was pleasant overall. The customer service at this hotel is truly top notch. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the river view was beautiful. Just few hours before check-in, I received a text from the hotel informing me that the pool and hot tub would be unavailable during our stay. My kids had been looking forward to using the pool, so I called the hotel and spoke with Tina at the front desk. She was kind and understanding, and offered a discounted rate for the night, which I really appreciated. At check-in, the discount had already been applied, and the service overall was friendly and professional. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Despite the unexpected pool closure, our experience that night was a good one.
