The heater in the room was malfunctioning. We had to have the maintenance guy visit twice. And it was still noisy. Their suggestion of moving to a different room at midnight was not acceptable. They were supposed to contact you for a refund and we haven't heard a thing. I would like this issue addressed. Thank you.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff members were friendly and efficient. Immediately following check-in we had to rush off to meet a family member. We called the desk and asked if we could get a different room as ours was quite a distance from the lobby. Bryan was happy to help and when we returned several hours later our room was switched and our suitcase was waiting in our new room.

The staff were very friendly. The room was good. The shuttle service arranged by the hotel was really helpful. Loved walking around the spacious hotel. Overall a good experience.
