The property is located in Custonaci in the province of Trapani is located at a strategic distance of about 20 minutes both to reach San Vito lo Capo (TP) known for its clear beach and crystal clear sea and to reach the town of Trapani where you can admire the nubia salt pans, and stroll in the well-kept historic center where you can walk to the Tramontana walls where you can admire the blush of the typical sunset of these areas. At about 25 minutes you can reach the historic and fairy-tale summit of Mount Erice, where you can admire the splendid view of Trapani with its islands (Levanzo, Favignana and Marettimo). The new building with attention to detail is composed on the ground floor of a large living room that overlooks a classic masonry kitchen, where in the back there is access to a splendid garden equipped with a gazebo where you can spend wonderful evenings and dine under the stars. We also find a service bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette overlooking the garden. On the first floor there is the sleeping area, where we find the bedroom with two bunk beds, and the double bedroom with the splendid view of Mount Cofano.
