The house is ideally located to make the most of the Ajaccian region. It combines both the calm of the countryside (Ajaccian periphery, residential area) and the proximity of many activities: beach, river, jet-ski, hiking, kayaking, karting, canyoning, horseback riding, mountain walks etc.

The living room and bedrooms have been redone. The accommodation also has a second small cocooning lounge in addition to the main living room, with workspace. The kitchen, more traditional and rustic, has a typical charm of Corsican cuisines of yesteryear: all in wood.

The house is halfway between sea and mountains, at:
- 10 minutes from Ajaccio airport,
- 15 min from Ajaccio port and train station,
- 3 minutes from the station (Station: Mezzana) with parking and frequent shuttles to Ajaccio to avoid taking the car. Train going directly to Bastia and Calvi also,
- 8 min of supermarkets (Hypermarkets Leclerc and Auchan),
- 5 minutes from all amenities (bakery, gas station, pharmacy, doctors),
- 5 minutes from a bus stop leading into the city center.

We do not accept animals not because we do not like them but because we already have two small dogs in the property (Loulou of Pomerania) very nice and very players. If they disturb you, we can put them in a closed space during your stay.
