As soon as I arrive and checkout all the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy and very helpful with any questions i had. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and tiday. Bed was amazing. The breakfast included was delicious every morning out on the balcony as I listend to the birds singing. I didnt want to leave as Dalat is a beautiful town to stay in.

Friendly attentive staff. Well trained for a small hotel. Good breakfast, the girls never rushed you even when late. Rooms comfortable and with good space. My room had a private balcony. It would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony.

Staff were friendly, however minimal English did not help when raising concerns. You may be aware that Dalat in January has morning termperatures approaching only 10 degrees. Asked for a heater, as blankets supplied not sufficient. Heater PowerPoint or heater did not function. Morning Shower temp was Luke warm. Communicated concern a couple of times without change. Warmed up in the evening. Maybe solar? Wifi terribly slow. Only useful for minor data. Rom clean and nice breakfast included.

Hong Mon is about 2km from the city, but it is an easy 25min walk down the hill to the city centre - and a $2AUD cab ride back. It is only a 10min walk to the cable car which gives you access to Thien Vien Truc Lam. There are a couple of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, but nothing right there. It's in a quiet location, but I'm not sure if any hotel in Vietnam is actually quiet (room to room noise). Breakfast is fairly good. Staff English is hit and miss, and they will only deal with tour companies that they advertise. So if you would like them to help contact someone else that you have found, they won't.

Very Nice experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern, our room was basic but perfect for what we needed. We would recommend for anyone going to Dalat.

To be fair, we had just come from the Ana Mandara. It is a nice hotel, mostly comfortable, and close to the bus station. We will more than likely stay at this hotel again at least for one night or two, because it is convenient. The staff was very friendly, and nice views of the area.

Lovely quiet, clean and comfortable hotel.

Very quiet, clean and modern hotel. Lovely big rooms with comfy beds. We tried walking to the city/market area and it to us about 45 mins. After that we caught taxis back and forth - quick and cheap. Very close to the cable car - about a 10 min walk. There is a nice cafe/coffee shop opposite the bus station (5min walk from hotel). Staff are very friendly and efficient - booking taxis and answering any questions. The breakfast is mainly Asian with egg station. Could have more western options such as grilled tomato, mushrooms. More variety of fruit would be great too - they only had watermelon. Delicious homemade yoghurt. Overall great value, very comfortable and quiet. Thank you to all for a wonderful stay.

I like this hotel because it’s new and clean. It also offers a good variety of food for breakfast. I just have the feeling that the hotel does try to offer a very decent breakfast, not just a breakfast. I will stay there again for $27/a night with balcony for 2 persons. 11/30/17

Good room and breakfast with great natural view.

The room is spacious and the hotel is well decorated. It is a villa style and parking available in front of the hotel. The location is a bit far from downtown but could be easily reach by motorbike or taxi. It is walking distance to Futa Bus station. They provide great free breakfast which include both asian and western style. The view from the hotel is great and good natural environment. Could have a coffee and read in the lobby.

A nice hotel for the price

The hotel served our needs for our 2 night stay in Dalat. We struggled a little bit with lack of ventilation /drying in the room as we got very wet in the rain arriving into Dalat on the motorbikes. There were also some dirty towels in the bathroom when we arrived which had not been removed from the previous guests. As it happened it was useful for us to dry off our bags etc when we arrived but expect that another guest might find this a problem (just to clarify fresh towels had also been supplied). The breakfast was fabulous. The staff friendly although not overly forthcoming on recommendations in the area although, again, this suited us as we had bikes to explore the surrounding area. Overall happy with the stay and would stay again.
