The staff was the best part. Alfie and Leo were very helpful but it’s a pity there was no room upgrade for Expedia (got a better room but had to pay) so if you’re hoping to use the perks for the upgrade watch out

The room was clean with beautiful sea views. staff were very friendly and helpful . Especial thanks to Danish , Harry and Elfie for all their help. Location is great too walking distance to Halal Turkish, Arabic and Indian restaurants. We loved staying at Alani sea view hotel.

Because the cashier named Helen misunderstood me and assumed I was staying another day, she didn't tell me that if I checked out past 1:00 I would be charged $8 00,000 for a stay until 6:00 p.m. . The numbers don't add up. It could have easily been dropped especially because it was her fault and her misunderstanding and her stubbornness to solve the situation

The rooms were very clean but outdated. We were happy with the connecting rooms as well as the big window that opened to show the lively street below. There was an ocean view but this hotel would not be considered beachfront. It’s two streets away from the beach. A few main issues that detracted from the overall experience: the breakfast was mediocre at best; housekeeping came by daily around 8:30am; and the tiny elevators sometimes forced you to have an extended wait when trying to come or go. The location is good with many restaurants, bars and mini marts within walking distance.

Alani Hotel truly impressed me with their amazing hospitality. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable—I slept like a baby! Just a heads-up: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear noisy neighbors. I had an issue and the staff handled it very quickly, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, but I wish they offered different options each day. After the first meal, I didn’t feel like having the same breakfast again. Overall, a wonderful stay with attentive service—would definitely recommend!

The staff was excellent. Especially the guys at the front door as they were very polite and helpful and always happy. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and helped me with everything that I needed. The rooms clean, shower hot and comfortable bed. Lots of English movie channels too. The pool is great, but the exercise room has a bike that does not work well and could be replaced and it could just use some dumbbells of good quality. I would stay here again for certain.
