Staff were magnificent, friendly,charming & always smiling. Room was very comfortable, bed was very comfortable & able to get a good nights sleep. Top restraunt offered great tasty meals & a good view over beach area,Down side, pool was very cold in water,even to cold to be refreshing & for small children. Otherwise we would recommend others to stay, Thanks for a great stay

The hotel is lovely and the rooms bathroom are very spacious, but I didn’t find the main staff as friendly. Concierge and housekeeping were lovely but it felt like we went unnoticed and the focus from the reception team was more about policy and deposits. Whilst it’s very near the beach I’d probably choose to stay in Hoi an or another hotel next time.

Only down side was that the pool was very cold, probably due to being under cover and getting no sunlight. It was like swimming in an ice bath, On the up side was that the other facilities were great and the staff were always helpful and pleasant, food was great and cleanliness was of a great standard

I had so many expectations on this hotel but they were just average. Staffs are okay but felt like they were all tired at the reception. They were also confused with our rooms as we had 4 rooms booked in total. It was also my dads bday and had let them know prior but nothing was done to make it little bit extra special for my dad. Even just saying happy birthday when he checked in. Reception also doesn't know anything about it. They were explaining the facilities but they just sounded like robots and just wanted to get it done asap, so service was just meh. It just felt like they were just doing their bare minimum. Breakfast was not the best in taste but it looks very presentable. It is located near good seafood restaurants though and there is a convenient store right in front that sells better price compared to the local markets.

Great Hotel! Great staff

It was difficult getting to destination but Lucyy was in touch with me for almost 12 hours during our long flight delay and made sure our transport was at airport when we got there. She gave outstanding service and helped out in every way possible. All staff was great and ready to help but Lucyy went the extra mile to ensure we were safe and had everything we needed.

This hotel was a lovely surprise, the staff was friendly & helpful, the location was perfect for us where it wasn’t on a very busy street yet easily accessible to the beach, our room was nice & clean and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. I highly recommend Awaken!

The pool area doesn’t stand out from many of the other surrounding hotel in the area. Wish it was more of an infinity pool vibe with a wider variety served at the pool bar. Other than that, I loved the property and my overall stay at Awaken. I would stay here again.

We had the ocean view suite on the 24th floor and the view was unbelievable. The beach is across the street from the property. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the pool bar. The only piece of constructive feedback we can offer is that housekeeping did not come every day. The first time we alerted them, we discovered it was our mistake. We had inadvertently put on a light indicating we didn't want our room cleaned. After that first night, we did not use that light again, however we were missed a second day. Even after calling they only brought fresh towels. We arrived after dinner to still have an unmade bed and sand on the floor. This was a minor inconvenience during an amazing trip, and it didn't ruin our night. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.
