Great Hotel that Guests will Love!

Newly rebranded Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang (formerly Bay Capital). Impressive hotel with scenic views of the Song Han River and mountains in the far distance. (Rooms 18-3 & 19-3). Upon arrival at hotel lobby and check in, a warm welcome and immaculate service.Guest rooms were well appointed with modern furnishings and very comfortable. Modern designed bathroom with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower cubicle, good water pressure. Housekeeping service efficient and timely. Breakfast a little pricey but service was good and with a good buffet selection of local and western spreads. Excellent coffee! Only less positive feedback is the size of the swimming pool which is not big enough and faces the breakfast/all day dining room. Location slightly tucked away on a quiet street, with just a few eateries but near enough to walk down to the riverfront towards the Song Han River Bridge. Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang is a Great Hotel that Guests will Love!

We stayed four nights at the Newly rebranded Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang (formerly Bay Capital). Impressive hotel with a warm welcome and immaculate service. Guest rooms were well furnished, good sized and comfortable. Modern designed bathroom with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower cubicle. Housekeeping service efficient and timely. Breakfast a little pricey but service was good and with an ample buffet selection of local and western spreads. Excellent coffee! Only less complimentary feedback is the size of the swimming pool which is not big enough and faces the all day dining room. Location slightly tucked away on a quiet street, with few eateries but near enough to walk down to the riverfront towards the Song Han Bridge. Overall a great hotel experience!

Such a beautiful property. To start the rooms were very large and spacious. Convenient seating and storage. Water pressure and drainage was great. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. From the pastries to the soups, the fruit, everything was fresh and delicious. Pool was large and beautiful but because it was cold out we could not enjoy it. Gym was clean and modern. Spa was alright. Didn’t seem like they really knew what they were doing or how to work anything. We didn’t fill out any paperwork before our massage and vs the other places we’ve been to in Vietnam, it felt like it was lacking especially at that price point.

Bay Capital hotel itself was very nice and clean. The surrounding streets were quite dirty and we witnessed huge rats on several occasions on the streets. Dining option around the hotel is limited. Central is about 15mins walk away. The service was ok, they weren’t as nice and attentive as other hotels we’ve stayed at.

I recently stayed at Bay Capital Danang for a quick one-night trip while visiting relatives, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel itself is new, modern, and sleek, with an elegant design that sets a high standard from the moment you walk in. Not recommend if you travel for business/guy trip

Bad experience during my business trip to Da Nang. This is my second time staying with them. I stayed for 5 days and the hotel only change the bedsheet 1 times. Until the last night, I have to ask them to change the bed sheet and clean the bathrooms properly. The dust everywhere! The front desk manager and staffs are totally not professional and bad mouthing other guest in front of my staff. They set stupid rule for visiting guest.

The hotel location is in a perfect location, walking distant to restaurants and markets. Our room was fabulous with the best view to the river and bed was extremely comfortable. I would love to stay at this hotel if we are in Da Nang again.
