Best stay in Hoi An!

We were so happy here! The staff is so nice and goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. They even cooked us a complimentary meal when everything was closed on the holiday. We tried to extend our stay because we didn’t want to leave but it was fully booked. Will be back!

Nice location, clean, quiet n not very far from Hoian old town, abt 1.2km walk or can take electric taxi which can occupied up to 10 pax in one short, only 10,000vnd per pax. Warm, helpful n passionate staff s. Strongly recommended, will come back to stay again.

We booked this property and paid in full 5 months before our trip, when we got to this hotel, we were placed in a room in the hotel next door called Golden Holiday, when we complained this was not the room or hotel we booked we we told they were booked out, and could move us the next day, which we excepted. Head receptionist was not nice and acted coldly towards us for our remaining stay. The rest of the staff were ok.

Strongly recommend this hotel

Stayed 3 nights here for family trip. Very quiet location. 20 mins walk from old town and 3 km away from An Bang beach - less than 70,000 VND taxi fare. Breakfast was nice.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Breakfast selection was good and food was fresh. Bike rentals were awesome and a great way to see Hoi An. Rooms were clean, roomy and beds were actually very comfortable.

Good hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the Rose Garden. The room was clean and in good condition. The area was quiet and the hotel is walking distance to the old town. There is free use of push-bikes and the beach is only 15 minutes cycle ride. The girls on reception were very helpful and friendly, and the buffet breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

A nice place for such price

Everything was great, my wife and son really loved breakfast and the swimming pool. The staff was so nice, my room was clean, 28m2 large and look new. There's only one thing I feel uncomfortable, it's my Air conditioner indoor unit was a little noisy

Budget-friendly place

This is my second stay at this property after its launch in 2016.. I really liked the property during my first stay. Sad to say that the property has worn out quite a bit just only after a year. There're many new developments around this hotel from my last visit, just beside it is a new, presumedly, hotel under renovation, and several little local cafes/food places. Room key slot is faulty and technician just said you'll have to jam the key in for electricity. If the staff has this mentality rather than actually fixing things, it's no wonder the hotel has become so dated just within a year! Bedroom was a good size with bathtub. Staff were very friendly, showed enthusiasm in their work and offered lots of tips about travelling in Hoi An. Room was a little dirty - there were insect droppings on my bedsheet... also a housefly in the room from when they left the balcony door open before check-in. Would recommend this as a budget-friendly hotel, if you just need a private space to crash after a day out... Otherwise wouldn't stay here.

The staff were lovely, our room was nice,they upgraded us.breakfast good.we used bikes every day.they allowed us to leave our luggage on checkout and come back to freshen up before catching taxi to train.we will stzy again when we come back to hoi an

Nice hotel & quiet location

We stayed at this hotel & found it very comfortable & handy to town centre but in quiet location The staff very very friendly & a special thanks to Anna at front desk you went out of her way to advise us of all activities & local places to visit on our arrival Rooms very nice & bed very comfortable Breakfast was well worth it & to suit both westerners & Asians Highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation

Clean hotel

A clean hotel with great staff. The only major issue is, no taxi company will drive you back to the hotel from old Hoi An. Rent a bike if need be.

Nice and Value for Money

Very clean and decent boutique hotel. The services provided by the reception and the concierge are fantastic. They were at all times very helpful. The room is very new, clean, spacious and neat. The selections of breakfast buffet are far better than a lot of 3 stars boutique hotels. Will definitely come and stay in this hotel if we travel to Hoi An again.

Nice Boutique Hotel

The location of the hotel is off the main road, nice and quiet. Short distance to the old town which can be by taxi or the bicycle provided by the hotel. Recommend to go by taxi as can be troublesome to take care of the bicycle while going around the Old Town. Bicycle is good to go to the beach and go around padi field area. Check in was smooth with very friendly and helpful staffs. Comfortable room, nice bed and only comment is that the bathroom needs improvement as the water from showering tends to wet the whole bathroom floor and slippery.

Good and clean hotel

Good location, approximately 15-20 minute walking distance to Hoi An old town. The hotel near to restaurants and also small mini market. Room is very clean and comfortable. These is english channel TV. Room came with small balcony. The hotel provide simple buffet breakfast and it start from 6:30am onward. Hot shower pressure is good. Just to highlight, the hotel staff is very very friendly. When we arrived, they provide us welcome drink and some fruits and brief us about Hoi An .

Lovely hotel not too far from old city of Hoi An

Thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay here Free bicycles are an added bonus Only think I didn’t like was there was no stand up shower but otherwise the hotel was great Nice basic breakfast and the staff were so helpful and very friendly I would stay here again
