The hotel is very new and clean. The hotel staff is excellent and assist you with every question or wish. Chole (or Chloe) at the reception and Henry at the dining are amazing!!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at Le Sands and loved the spacious apartment with its amazing view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had variety. The hotel is situated away from the main tourist centre, located in a more quiet area. The staff are also amazing. They are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Shout out to Lili and Jackson who were very friendly with our family. Highly recommend Le Sands

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Our room was large, had great view and very clean. We will definitely come back again.
