I did not get any VIP upgrades. Staffs are not friendly and disengaged. The only staff I can talk to is Cuong at the restaurant. Facility is ok if you just need a room to crash. I would rate it as a 3 star facility and not higher.

Nice hotel to stay. The hotel is located across the street from the beach. The room was roomy, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staffs were fantastic and breakfast was great. As a Expedia VIP, transportation to the airport was free. Highly recommended
