I travelled here with my family. 2 kids and my wife and we absolutely loved it. Facilities, staff and room were great. We did a small mistake on the booking and staff upgraded us in a nice room. The hotel had many service, free shuttle, free minibar,... Recommend 100% Thanks a lot for this stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Saga Hotel Hoi An. The facility was clean and impeccable, the breakfast was delicious that featured both local specialties. The biggest selling point of this hotel for me was the staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. My partner loved the complimentary Vietnamese classes during our stay. I enjoyed conversations with the staff about local events specifically and about Vietnam generally. I appreciated that they allowed me to know Hoi An a little better through their own personal experiences. Great job!! The next time I visit Hoi An, The Saga Hotel is where I will stay.

Above and beyond in service

From the very first moment the hotel goes above and beyond to make sure you have a nice stay. Amazing value for money and I wish I had stayed longer. A short taxi ride best way to old town area, otherwise they have a day time shuttle.

First of all, Hoi An is an amazing town to visit. The staff upon check-in were super friendly and helpful. They walked us directly to our room while showing us parts of the hotel like the pool, bar, spa and dining areas. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool area is quaint and not super large so the lounge chairs can fill up very quickly. The room included breakfast buffet which was very good with many options. I wished they had bar service at the pool and hope they can make that change. It’s a relatively new hotel. The spa services was also nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Saga Hotel in Hoi An, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—it’s peaceful yet still close enough to the city, making it easy to explore all that Hoi An has to offer. The complimentary transport to and from the city is a huge bonus, making it so convenient to visit the town center without the hassle of finding a ride. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. The thoughtful amenities and attention to detail truly set it apart. Overall, The Saga Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hoi An. The combination of friendly service, great location, and complimentary transportation makes it a standout option.
