Amazing hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saga hotel. We're a family of 4 (9 year old & 5 year old) and had a room with stairs that had a king bed on a mezzanine and two singles downstairs which was perfect for us. The hotel, especially the room was immaculately clean, and the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The included breakfast was the most extensive buffet I've had at a hotel before, such a great range to suit everyone. We booked because of the rave reviews and were not disappointed!

Family friendly hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly. Breakfast has lots of options at buffet even for vegetarians. King size bed is massive. Biggest one I’ve seen in Vietnam. Tv only has YouTube not Netflix etc. Pool is good sized but a few more sun lounges would be good. Bed is comfortable and free mini bar made kids happy. For the price it’s good value. As other review have said you can hear the kids early morning in the pool so if you’re a light sleeper ask for room away from the pool. The kids play area is mostly broken and needs refurbishing. Short walk to some good restaurants

The staff were excellent! It is a little away from the Old Quarter, however, we preferred this as it was very quiet. There is a shuttle bus available so don’t let distance deter you. Highly recommend.

This hotel is very luxurious! This was the fanciest hotel that we have stayed in! The staff were extremely helpful and worked very hard to ensure that we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet was the biggest that I have ever seen with a huge variety of food to choose from. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Hoi An!

Great hotel and staff

The most attentive attentive staff on the front desk. They kept checking to see what we needed throughout organised a private car to My son and shuttles to the beach and town, helpful and courteous throughout. Another great breakfast here as well. We were given an upgrade on arrival to a suite. We couldn't fault the Hotel or Staff

Excellent service at this cozy boutique hotel. They accommodated several room/date changes for us and made special meals to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our family of four felt right at home, and we were never bored with the swimming pool, foosball, and pool table. The location equidistant from the town and the beach is the only inconvenience, but a taxi to either is only about $3 so it’s not a big deal.

Wonderful oasis with a pool to refresh yourself after a day exploring the charming town or as a reprieve from the humidity. Staff were all very nice and helpful. I stayed in the deluxe double room with a balcony - so spacious and absolute luxury! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at the Saga Hotel an will definitely be back. Facilities were excellent and the staff were out standing. Lovely restaurant and the breakfast provided was great. Not walkable to Hoi An old town but free shuttle (limited times) or grabs were cheap. The pool area was beautiful to cool off after shopping. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay at this property! The staff is fantastic and so friendly. If there are any issues, they respond right away. We thought the breakfast was delicious and had really good options. We would definitely stay here again. The pool is a great place to cool off. It does open at 6:30am so was slightly noisy one morning but folks are simply enjoying their vacation so is to be expected.

Lovely hotel with pool

Lovely place to stay, pool perfect to cool off on a hot day. A little far out from town to walk in the heat but in cooler weather is doable. Bike ride to the beach and through the rice fields is fun.
