This property is amazing - great feel, wonderful staff, close to the Hoi An action but tucked a little away! The spa is a standout, breakfast fabulous & the pizzas are sensational as a break from all the glorious Vietnamese food - highly recommend!!!

Amazing hotel with dedicated staff! Never have I experience such amazing service at any hotel - I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and in five stars too but this level of attention was something else ! Also the buffet rocks ! Convenient area - best staff! I will stay again !

Great comfy beds. Room is clean. Only one thing...there was no mirror in room for you to check yourself. Only mirror was in the bathroom. Otherwise 5 star for the staff, convenient location, food options, shopping was amazing. Yummy free breakfast, had a large selection. So close to everything. Walkable everywhere. Felt very safe. Han Oi is an amazing place to visit. Will come back. Really enjoyed our stay!

Reason why 3 stars. They work only give you one room key. So annoying having to wait for staff to come open your door for you every time. I requested 2 and they said no…? Wanted two as you need aircon, otherwise the power goes off if room key not in slot. Would not recommend.
