Inside you will find a spacious, open floor plan that features a large kitchen that makes it easy to entertain. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice homecooked meal. Soak in the stunning lake views from the kitchen, dining area and two-story family room. The thought-out decor is in honor to all those that have served/serving our country. The Eagles Nest on Lake Martin features four beautifully designed bedrooms plus office space with sleeper sofa for an added guest. There is a primary suites on the main level, each with its own bathroom and soaker jetted tub. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Whether you're seeking a relaxing trip by the lake, fishing the green lights at night, kayaking and exploring the lake, or spending time by the lakeside fire pit, you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep on our luxurious mattresses & linens, waking up refreshed and ready for your day on Lake Martin.

KITCHEN & DINING
The open-concept main level of the home boats soaring ceiling with lots of windows offering stunning views of the lake. The kitchen, hearth room and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are completely outfitted with all the must have cookware, dishes, utensils and appliances that you will need to cook yummy meals. The large island has granite countertops and is spacious to spread out food. The dining table will seat up to 6 with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room boasts ample seating for the entire family. Cozy up on the leather sofa and enjoy a movie on the large smart TV. Relax in front of the custom floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The A frame 2 story windows provide a view that will take your breath away. Family favorite board games, cards & puzzles are provided and stored in the built-ins. LOFT
The loft area has a foosball table that overlooks the family room. It is a perfect spot for the kids to sneak away and have some fun.

2 STORY DOCK WITH JUMP PLATFORM
The new 2 story dock is the ulitmate hangout spot. With ample seating for guest to relax and enjoy the views. There is roof over the second story making it a great place to stay out of the sun. For those looking to soak in the rays, we have a few loungers too. There is a tv mounted for you to enjoy the lake life and your favorite football team. The jump platform is perfect for the thrill seekers that want to jump into the lake. Remember to always look before jumping and go feet first. There is also a green light in the water making it a prime fishing spot at night time. The dock will be where you spend most of your amazing time at The Eagles Nest.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The Eagles Nest on Lake Martin sits on over1 acre with a stunning 500 feet of water frontage. This unique property features everything you want in a lakehouse. The spacious dock has a comfy seating area and dining table, making it the perfect spot to relax and read a book while the kids splash in the lake. Be sure to catch a famous Lake Martin sunset. The grill master in the family will love the grilling area with a propane grill. Enjoy the convenience of the outdoor TV and watch your favorite team play. Keep the party outside and eat your meal at one of the many outside dining tables. The thoughtfully added green light will glow as the sun goes down, making it a fun spot to fish.
