During your stay, the entire property is yours alone. No other guests, no shared areas — just you, your loved ones and plenty of space to create lasting memories.
This historic house combines rustic charm with modern comfort: reclaimed wood elements, warm materials, generous rooms and beautiful views into the valley of the Kyll, as well as over horse and cow pastures, create an atmosphere you can feel from the moment you arrive.
With room for up to 22 guests, Kronenburger Alm offers exceptional space for relaxed days with family and friends.
Wellness with a View
One of the true highlights is the large south-facing sun terrace — perfect for your first coffee in the morning, breakfast together in the sunshine or a glass of wine in the evening.
Right next to it, two special wellness features are waiting for you:
a large wood-fired panoramic hot tub
a wood-fired outdoor sauna with open views over the valley and the Kyll
Both are available to you exclusively every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. After a hike, a bike ride or a day exploring the Eifel, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful scenery.

The modern professional-standard kitchen is a dream for ambitious cooks. Whether it is a shared breakfast, a festive dinner or relaxed cooking in a large group — everything here is designed for enjoyment, togetherness and memorable meals.
The spacious dining area offers plenty of room for long evenings, good conversations and shared meals with the whole group.
Social, Cosy and Full of Character
The wonderfully cosy lounge invites you to spend relaxed hours together and offers:

Directly adjoining the lounge is the lovingly preserved former beer room — complete with a beer tap for especially sociable evenings in a warm and charming atmosphere.

Stylish Living & Restful Sleep
The renovated bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. All rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, depending on the room with a width of 140 cm or 180 cm. Some rooms have their own shower room/WC.
Towels, bed linen and utilities such as electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price for normal use. Final cleaning is also included, provided the house is left broom-clean.
Perfect Location in Kronenburg
Kronenburger Alm is located at the entrance to the village of Kronenburg — only a few minutes’ walk from the historic village centre and Lake Kronenburg.
The Eifelquellenpfad hiking trail starts directly at the property, and the well-known Kyll Cycle Route is only around 500 metres away. This makes the house an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, nature experiences and relaxing days in the Eifel.

Kronenburger Alm is made for friendly, respectful guests who want to enjoy an exceptional house with history, comfort and a very special atmosphere.
To ensure that all guests and the neighbourhood feel comfortable, our house is not suitable for loud party groups or groups where conflicts with quiet hours are to be expected. We kindly ask for your understanding and expressly reserve our house rules in this regard.
The house is a strictly non-smoking property.
For tourist stays, the applicable local overnight tax/spa tax of the municipality of Dahlem is payable in addition to the rental price. Further information is available directly from the municipality of Dahlem.
