Schöne Ferienwohnung in Dahme

Wir haben spontan nach einer FeWo gesucht und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung der Wohnung, die sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Dahme gelegen ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht, der Strandkorb war ein tolles extra, welches wir sehr genossen haben. Da wir nur zu zweit angereist sind, hat es uns nicht gestört, dass das hintere Schlafzimmer nur durch das erste Schlafzimmer (Durchgangszimmer) zu erreichen ist. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken verfügt über einen Seperaten Raum mit WC, uns (M 1,90m groß und W im 9. Monat mit Babybauch) haben die Dachschrägen oder engen Türen nicht gestört. Die Kleine Terrasse lädt besonders in den Abendstunden zum verweilen ein. Praktisch war auch die Möglichkeit das Altglas neben den Mülltonnen abzulegen und nicht bis zum nächsten Altglascontainer fahren zu müssen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super, für uns war es dort eine schöne Zeit und wir würden bei dem nächsten Urlaub mit dem Baby gerne wieder kommen.

Anders als gedacht...

Zuerst das Positive: - Sauberkeit ist ok (tote Fliegen im Bad auf dem Fensterbrett) - bequeme Betten - Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca 1 km) - Hauseigener Privatparkplatz auch mit T5 - Küchenausstattung i.O. - ruhige Lage Kommen wir zum Negativen: Sowohl WC als auch Dusche für Menschen über 1.80 und stabil, absolut ungeeignet. Der in der Anzeige vermutete Balkon existiert nicht Außerdem sind die 2 angegebenen Schlafzimmer, nicht separat sondern ein Durchgangszimmer mit Boxspringbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (Kinderzimmer).Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist für max. 2 schmale Personen nutzbar und zudem sehr tief. Daraus ergibt sich folgendes: Für ein junges körperlich kleines Pärchen mit z.B. 2 Kindern eine absolute Empfehlung ! Für uns jedoch ( 4 Erwachsene) sowohl groß als auch breit, schlichtweg ungeeignet. Was uns ärgert ist das die Vermieterin wusste, wie unsere altersstruktur (83,74,46,39) ist und vor Ort erstaunt feststellte dass die Wohnung für uns nicht ideal sei. Das hätte man ja auch vorher feststellen können. Ps. In der gesamten Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin macht der Ton die Musik. Die Formulierung "es wäre ja wohl das mindeste zumindest den Müll selbst zu entsorgen" statt " sie würden uns sehr helfen wenn sie den Müll mit runter bringen" hätte uns besser gefallen und bei einer so hohen Endreinigungsgebühr erwarten wir schon das der Müll nicht von uns entsorgt werden muss. Ein freundlicheres auftreten würde Gäste dazu bringen auch wiederzukommen. Ein freundlicher Hinweis: Bei der Überarbeitung der Beschreibung sollte man dringend darauf Hinweisen das diese Wohnung für max. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gedacht ist und nur ungern an 4 Erwachsene vermietet wird.
