Not great. Unmemorable!

Good location for Prenois race circuit. Man at desk gave us a ground floor room with no air con on a hot day. Why??? Had to change rooms. Very unhappy. Otherwise the hotel is ok. Unmemorable! Lots of people in the bar. Satisfactory breakfast with horrible coffee machine that did not work. Ask customers as they check in if they would like air con or not.

Probably chose the wrong day to stay

Very friendly and efficient check in and empty car park. Tesla Destination Chargers now payable (20€/charge) which is reasonable. Room was clean, well equipped but quite compact, as was the bathroom. The meal in the restaurant that evening was good but our sleep was disturbed by a fair amount of noise late into the night and early in the morning. The he next morning we discovered the cause as there were about 35 Gendarmes in the breakfast room who had effectively stripped the buffet! The owners did try to provide more but we just ate the minimum and left.

Good hotel, perfect for overnight stay.

We stayed in the hotel on the way back through France. Very comfortable stay and did the job. Not the height of luxury but fine for what we needed. Not much directly around there but we drove to a small outlet park which had a Buffett Chinese/Japanese which was actually quite decent.

Great rooms but in a tired hotel

Rooms were good, appear to be recently updated (closer to 4*). Rest of the hotel is very much 3*. Breakfast is extra. Secure parking is a plus. Free WiFi is not entirely true. You get very limited free access to an independent WiFi provider, which requires you to watch a 4 minute video. Only saw the receptionist once and it appears by luck when we arrived.

could do better....

Good parking, fair location (although map directions very poor..), it is right beside easy bus route into town, but disappointing service - fridge broken and staff unwilling/ unable to replace..it even had someones drinks in it!..Broken/loose power points and generally air of lacking maintainence, which will be come more of a problem if not addressed. Pity, because with a little attention (rather than simply money) it could be so much better..

J'ai prévenu d'une arrivée tardive (22h30), la réception me dit qu'elle est ouverte jusqu'à 23h or à mon arrivée tout était fermé. la clé de la chambre posée sur le comptoir. Impossible de me connecter au wifi de l'hôtel car personne ne m'a donné les codes d'accès je n'ai donc pas pu travailler...

Sanierungsbedürftig

Das ganze Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Komplettsanierung dringend nötig. Die Sauberkeit lässt einiges zu wünschen übrig. Auch das Personal war nicht gerade zuvorkommend. Im hauseigenen Restaurant Double V haben wir jedoch gut gegessen und wurden freundlich bedient.
