Clean room. Breakfast was ok. Limited menu options. TV not functional correctly (YouTube).

This is not a bad hotel: It is perfectly adequate. This hotel is not used to international travelers. There were very few English speakers on the staff and several times we felt they were indifferent to our needs Bathroom was a little grungy. Rest of room and hotel were okay. The rooftop pool was nice and they have a rooftop bar that was nice and the barkeep knew his stuff. Probably would not go back but it was okay.

Clean room. Front desk staff is nice. Room has broken refrigerator but was able to replace. Other room’s AC doesnt work. Breakfast has variety but staff is not nice. Very unorganized

Please update or replace all bath towels. They were too smelly & yellow! We complained to the staffs. Then they brought us some fresh one.. but very old!

All staffers are excellent of service, good location, walking distance to shopping malls, convenient store , restaurants and coffee shop. Four stars is overrated, overall I would stay here again if I ever venture into the city again.

Review of Trung Nguyen Coffee Resort I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trung Nguyen Coffee Resort, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Atmosphere & Location Nestled in the lush greenery of Buon Ma Thuot, the resort is a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The surroundings are beautifully maintained, with gardens, trees, and quiet walking paths that create a tranquil and refreshing atmosphere. Accommodation The rooms are clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a rustic yet comfortable design. I appreciated the natural materials and the coffee-themed touches throughout. Some rooms offer views of the garden or lake, which made the stay even more pleasant. Coffee Experience As expected from Trung Nguyen, the coffee here is excellent. There are multiple spots throughout the resort to enjoy freshly brewed coffee, including the famous Trung Nguyen Legend Café. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to explain the different coffee blends and preparation methods. Facilities & Services The resort includes several amenities such as a library, spa, and a cultural exhibition area related to coffee. The staff were polite and professional, although service at the restaurant could be a bit slow during peak hours. Food & Dining The on-site restaurant offers a good selection of local and Western dishes.
