The proximity to the airport is excellent and would be even better if a shuttle were offered with the stay. The room size is an incredible value and, most importantly, very clean—which is so important. Whoever is responsible for housekeeping truly deserves recognition; maintaining such a clean, almost sterile room makes a big difference. At check-in, it would be helpful if guests were asked about room preferences (upper or lower floor, near or away from the elevator, etc.). Breakfast is very good, and the dining area is spotless. My only suggestion would be to offer eggs made from real eggs rather than pre-mixed, along with a wider fruit selection.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but they weren't bad. I had to go down and get a plunger for a toilet we hadn't used yet. The front desk offered to move us to another room or provide a plunger, but I had already unpacked, so I just got the plunger. I do feel they should have sent someone to do it. The noise level was not wonderful as you could hear a lot outside, but it was ok. The beds were a bit too hard for me. The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't great!! The waffles were good, but the sausage tasted funny. They didn't have many options whatsoever.

The room was very clean. At the date of our staying was little cool weather, but Heater works good! The Stuff are very nice and very helpful of anything...like places recommendations and others, mostly we spoke to Mr.Carlos hi is the best!!! And there is no problem with the parking! Nice place a lot of restaurants and shopping centers close by.
