Beware of listing

We had this place scheduled for a trip with 2 other families, THE NIGHT BEFORE we were to arrive to this place, I connected owner asking for door code and early check in. He replied 30 mins later saying my reservation was “cancelled due to a pipe busting” we immediately called VRBO which they stated it had not been canceled and refund was not issued. We had to pay out of pocket for a new place. He has no remorse or offering to pay the price difference of new place to stay. I would never book with him again. It's also a week after he cancelled and we still haven't received our refund.

Xmas get away

The property was nice and family-oriented. The owner was only a phone call away and very attentive...The only recommendation is maybe flooring in the rooms instead of carpet or cleaning the carpet. I finished the maintenance on the tubs There were minor issues, but the house was definitely in a good neighborhood and cozy for my family.

Excellent - quite neighborhood close to downtown

We really enjoyed our short stay, staying for 5 days. We had a small group of 2 families (12 guests) with PLENTY of room. The bunk room was great for the teenagers. The house was clean with many recent upgrades. The neighborhood has a quite feel, but has easy quick access to lots of amenities and is only 15 minutes from downtown. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future. Our only small issue was initial communication with the host. We were able to reach him directly through the number provided in the app and everything went well.
