The bar opens up to the spacious backyard that features a firepit to cozy up next to, as well as a shaded picnic area!

Kick back and relax in the modern living space that features a fireplace, a comfy large sectional as well as a 65” HDTV for all your watching needs! As you move onto the kitchen area, you'll notice there is every at-home chef's dream, a gas stove! Perfect to cook up a big feast and serve it on the beautiful modern dining table that seats 8, additional seating can be found on the oversized kitchen island for 2! With a total of 5 bedrooms, this home is ideal for large groups and families looking to entertain! There's plenty of space throughout to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. The first and second bedroom features two plush queen beds each for a great night's rest! Catch up on some sleep in the third bedroom that features a sofa bed as well as a queen bed! The fourth bedroom contains a full and twin size bunk bed as well as a crib for your little ones! Unwind in the master bedroom that has an oh so comfy king bed for all your relaxing needs! The master bathroom features double sinks for your convenience and a spacious luxurious walk-in shower! No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
