I’m resubmitting my review with all the different social media applications. So the heck with your website. I submitted pictures that justify my review. Never ever rent from Vrbo unless they are a super host. Nasty place. After 3 hours on the phone, and reviewing the pictures they would not relocate us, or refund my credit card so we could move. Offered me 120. I told them to keep it. The queen beds are full mattresses on a queen bed frame. And the main toilet is hooked up to the hot water instead of cold. The toilet tank is hot!! Last night the host asked me if we were still in the property. I said where else would we be? You didn't refund my credit card. So his response was to send us a pizza. I didn't waste my time responding. That was an insult. This morning there was a roach running across my bedroom floor. After my daughter contacted Vrbo they sent me 300. We left every morning and stayed away until it was time to go to bed. NEVER AGAIN and I will be posting pictures on social media. No cover on electrical outlet which is a safety hazard.
