Property definitely not what I saw pictured. Had to locate the remote for the one tv in the entire apartment in couch. Extra linen located in hallway closet in trash bags..not clean. No pillow for pull-out bed. Patio area full of cobwebs. House smelled like smoke. Would not recommend this peoperry.

The place had many damages to it .. the closet doors was broke and it was also was very nasty .. there was bed bugs found .. washer had a bad smell .. only one tv .. the bathrooms had bugs in tubs .. a spider was crawling on the bed .. the covers had stains but overall I wouldn’t recommend at all and will be disputing charge cause ain’t no way that we paid good money for lack of cleaning

Lacking in basics

I had to request check in information the morning of our stay and the apartment was a bit difficult to find because there were so many buildings and #’s weren’t sequential. Only 1/2 a roll of toilet tissue for 2 bathrooms, no hand towels or washclothes, not a full set of sheets on beds (only bottom sheet and comforter), no plates, bowls and only 2 cups. We encountered several issues with bugs with one crawling on my daughter in law while watching tv. Apartment smelled like smoke, which wasn’t good for my asthma. When I reached out to owner about issues there was no response.

Luckily we didn't have to be in the unit other than sleeping. There was a half roll of toilet paper that had to be shared for 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms didn't have curtains and the window went out to the breezeway which had a bright light on all night!

We chose not to stay due to the exterior conditions and concern of safety. I requested a cancellation a few hours prior to check in and was denied. Charges are being disputed. I’ve had friends who have had great experiences through rentals with VRBO. Unfortunately this was my first experience and I was disappointed.
