They gave us a room in which the carpet was wet. when I mentioned this at checkout the next morning, they said they had to clean a stain on the carpet. Then don't rent out that room until the carpet is dry!! "2000 Bonvoy Points" is an underwhelming way to try to appease an unhappy customer.

Breakfast had some amazing options like the fresh nuts and dried fruits but nothing went together. The scrambled eggs and O'Brien potatoes were good but there was not a bacon or sausage option. There were pre-heated jimmy dean breakfast options and a preheated soufflé. But nothing to go with the other components.

I have stayed here a few times for work, however there was a roach in the shower!! I stated to the front desk as I was leaving and she said “ok, well you’re set to go”. I will choose another hotel next time.
