I often book this hotel as it is typically very reliable. However, this time was a nightmare. There was a large group of guests spread across multiple rooms on the first floor. All night they were slamming doors and speaking loudly in the hallway. Despite being on the first floor, the concierge did nothing to stop them. This lasted until about 2 am, making it impossible to sleep. I have recommended this hotel in the past because I considered it one of the few places where one can avoid this type of behavior and get a good night's rest. Obviously, this hotel is just like all of the others seeing as the management does nothing to prevent disorderly people from disturbing other guests.

They gave us a room in which the carpet was wet. when I mentioned this at checkout the next morning, they said they had to clean a stain on the carpet. Then don't rent out that room until the carpet is dry!! "2000 Bonvoy Points" is an underwhelming way to try to appease an unhappy customer.
