Frisco is waiting for you at this 4-bedroom house and welcome to Frisco Getaway Hometel with Spa and Outdoor Kitchen! This recently renovated 4-bedroom home located in a peaceful, historic neighborhood near downtown Frisco. This family- and pet-friendly property features a spacious outdoor patio with a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and large seating/dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It's within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, offering convenience and comfort for guests. For large group exceeding 6 guests, an additional fee of $25 will be applied per extra person staying at the property.

Security cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located only exterior of the house. Ring camera doorbell at the front door. 1 front of the garage facing the driveway and 2 facing the backyard. The 2 cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the backyard. These cameras provide comprehensive coverage of key outdoor areas, including the patio, hot tub, and shed etc. This setup ensures that all significant sections of the backyard are consistently observed for security and safety purposes.

We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue.

Came into town for a wedding so we weren’t at the house much but would be a great place to stay and relax. Have an awesome grill with patio area. Neighborhood was quiet and easy access to restaurants. Very comfortable and clean. Very well stocked with just about any appliance you could need!

Beautiful family-friendly home

Our family from three states came together for our grandson's high school graduation. The open kitchen, dining area and living room was great for our family's favorite things - eating, playing cards and watching baseball. The backyard deck was great for morning coffee and grilling hotdogs or relaxing in the hot tub. What you see in the VRBO pictures is what you get - exceptionally well-maintained and clean! Also, the host was quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this property.
