This was a really good value for the price. The hotel was very clean, the staff so friendly. We had a great breakfast that was included in the price. It’s in a safe area where you can walk to restaurants. I was right next to the Katie trails so I could go jogging in the morning. Seriously this is a great hotel And I will definitely be back.

The Hyatt House Uptown is located near downtown in as safe walkable quiet neighborhood. It is a 4 story boutique type all suite hotel. The suites come in a variety of configurations. Mine was 2 Queen beds, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator and sofa. Bedding/ was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a pool, fitness center, meeting room, and laundry room. Some of my least favorite things about the property were no airport shuttle, no restaurant and 30.00/day parking.

AC looked like it needed changing and the covers in the shower were loose, where the shower head and shower switch were. T Also the shower door didnt close properly so water would get out. And i guess its been happening for a while because the edges of the floor and door had a bit of water damage.

What a wonderful experience. Easy parking. Magnificent location. Friendly staff. Spacious room with every single thing you need to stay in the room but at the same time you need to go out because everything is walkable and beautiful around. The greatest option of Uptown/Harwood District of Dalla for sure.
