Amazing guest service at check in. Room was clean and very spacious! Great location to walk to American Airlines Center. Went to a concert with my daughter and it was a short walk and felt safe walking there and back!

Fantastic staff! We accidentally left a bag there and were so relieved when we called to ask about it. Housekeeping had found it, and the bag was waiting for us to retrieve at the front desk. We are very grateful for everyone’s help! Also, Tammy, the breakfast attendant, was especially friendly during our stay. This hotel’s location is ideal to walk to events at the AAC. We also enjoyed walking on the Katy Trail nearby and walking to Ocean Prime to dine in the bar area.
