Excellent choice for a hotel.

Hotel was amazing. All staff were super friendly and helpful. It is directly across the street from the Ford Center. The only negative is there is really no self parking, the only parking option is valet. But a simple scan of the valet ticket sends a text message to the valet and you car is always ready by the time you are ready to walk out the door. Very nice hotel.

Had an unforgettable stay at the hotel. The hospitality was outstanding. Exceptional service at the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond, particularly the hostess, who truly stood out. After a delightful meal, we headed to the nearby park only to realize we had left our child's water bottle at the restaurant. To our surprise and delight, the hostess personally brought the bottle to the park for us. This thoughtful gesture was a testament to the staff's dedication and attentiveness, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. Our room offered a breathtaking view, overlooking Kaleidoscope Park and its stunning Butterfly Rest Stop sculpture. Seeing the sculpture illuminated from one of the higher floors at night was nothing short of amazing, adding a magical touch to our stay. The accommodation was impressive, with well-appointed rooms and impeccable cleanliness. Overall, the hotel's exemplary service and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a remarkable hotel experience.
