Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Spider in the room, no shuttle before 6am, impossible to get picked up from the airport, desk clerk could not handle a phone call to even say that the shuttle would not pick up at the airport, desk clerk put me on hold for ages and never got back to me, desk clerk was incompetent, staffing is obviously an issue. Minimalist idea of hotel.
