Everything was great. (We stay here because of my doctor appointments, across the road). The Breakfast, the walk in shower, so good. I’m in a wheelchair and I got a handicap room on 2nd floor with a walk in shower..awesome spacing and everything perfect. The only bad is that the king size bed was too low to ground(very hard to get out of bed using my walker) and not high or lush/firm like your normal room beds. The king size bed was so old and lumpy that we didn’t sleep a wink all night. Hubby needs good sleep having to drive us 7 hours one way, the day before and then the next day. Very very uncomfortable bed. So please change out your king size beds in the handicap rooms on 2nd floor, to the normal comfortable king beds u hv in all ur other rooms. Before I was in a wheelchair I have stayed in many of your regular king size rooms. Come on.. this is the Hyatt. It’s not cheap priced either. The Bed was so bad it felt like a motel 6 bed and I have slept on a motel 6 bed better than this bed. 😢 that’s bad. Especially for Hyatt and the price we have to pay. Thank u for ur time

I had an Awesome stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean. The area is safe and to me not extremely loud considering the hotel is just off the highway. I will definitely stay here again. Thank y'all very much!!
