Under no circumstance, should anyone stay at this property except for the location they have a ridiculous system of elevator codes, and front door codes that seem to fail all the time I packed my bags and was getting ready to leave for the airport. I went downstairs to grab a cup of coffee. I came back up 20 minutes before check out and the room code did not work. It was New Year’s Day. There wasn’t a So around to help me by. Uber was waiting downstairs. The clock was ticking for 35 minutes. I ran around. I called the emergency number which connected me to people that could unlock the door remotely. They refuse to do it asking me questions like who owns the apartment whose name is in the apartment whose email address since I rented it through Hotels.com I had no idea to the answers. The woman refused to remotely open the door, I gave her all my information. I then texted Hotels.com and they were no help at all 40 minutes went by. I had to send the Uber away and I was literally palpitating knowing that I was gonna miss my flight because of this ridiculous system of codes that they have with no help whatsoever I ran into a chamber made, who thankfully was helpful. Her colds did not work in the door either she called a supervisor and somehow the supervisor remotely opened the door. I ran downstairs, got another Uber, which was now $20 more and just made it to the airport on time running through security. I would never under any circumstance recommend this property to anyone you
