Stunning renewed 16 guests HOUSE with the best amenities, six 50+ inch screen Tv's equipped with wifi and cable. 3 King beds, 3 Queen beds, 1 Air mattress, and a Futon. It is equipped with 3.5 beautiful bathrooms. Perfect for large family gatherings and entertainment. This space is modern, remodeled, very spacious, and fresh. You have access to free wifi, cable, a coffee station, garage parking, and a washer and dryer. Only 10 minute drive to Curtis Culwell Center, 30 minutes from DFW airport.

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

Nice place, but unexpected issues

Very nice, spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive to the issue I mentioned to them, but we happened to have a few issues. I won't mention the small stuff, but we just happened to notice a man in the backyard unexpectedly. He was the pool guy, but we had no idea he was coming. Imagine being in the house and seeing a man in the backyard without notice. The other larger issue was the AC unit was malfunctioning upstairs. It was super cold downstairs, but upstairs it was holding steady at 83 blowing out hot air even though it was turned all the way down to 68 the whole time. It was
