I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. Upon arrival, I was surprised to be asked to pay a $40 fee just to check in one hour early, which felt excessive. Even more frustrating was the condition of the room—despite waiting for it to be cleaned, I found loose hair throughout and the overall cleanliness did not match the hotel’s reputation.
Additionally, the hotel charged an extra pet deposit that wasn’t mentioned in the online booking policies, which felt misleading. The airport shuttle service also doesn't begin until 7 AM, which is inconvenient for early flights.
On a positive note, the location is convenient—right next to a shopping center and close to the highway. While most of the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, the individual who seemed to be the manager was professional and courteous, which I appreciated.
Overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations, especially given the price and the brand's reputation.
