Host ghosted us/unable to access property

This host never provided my check in information I only received a physical address. After several attempts to reach her once I was on my way and had arrived at the property, I had no choice but to check in to a hotel just before midnight. We even walked up to the unit and knocked. Fortunately the VRBO support team took care of me but this host completely ghosted us. At one point she picked up the phone but then immediately hung up on me and it sounded like she was out at a bar or crowded area. After that, she blocked my calls and ignore attempts to reach her to access the unit. VRBO said they would take serious action but this listing is on several travel/stay sites so buyer beware.

Worst experience with Vrbo

Not only did Alexandria double book the unit twice after Vrbo took my money but she refuses to refund the 2 nights she double booked. The first night and the last night. I have asked her for a refund on several occasions and have been lied to each time, first she was going to Venmo me the money then it was she was going to PayPal the refund and lastly she used Vrbo. Don’t trust this woman!
