Settled right in the heart of the up and coming Trinity Grove District - close to bars and restaurants, minutes from Downtown & Bishop Arts District. Four bedrooms featuring 2 master suites and an upstairs loft area with a mini foosball table and a futon couch for extra sleeping. Quaint backyard perfect for your fur babies. Large couch in living room can also sleep 2 people comfortably, plenty of space for everyone 🎉


Three House rules-
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
