The room was cute and cozy but the temperature was a little cold at night. Seems. Like the air conditioner would automatically come on even though the heat was on. Very close to everything I needed.

All staff members were excellent and very attentive! The shuttle was a bonus for us since we were going to and from the Star for the weekend events. Highly recommend and will reserve this hotel if we ever come to that area again!

The bathroom sink was extremely small for the room to be a junior suite and the safe was broken. I prefer the NYLO in Irving opposed to the one in Plano.
