When my wife first went until the room she realized the bed did not have a fitted sheet, only a comforter and top sheet. She went to the studio to ask for a fitted sheet and they offered her another room. She accepted. 2nd room she found a pubic gair, a faucet about to fall off the wall and cockroaches. She is now looking for a new place to stay but is developing an itch that has become a radh and is working its way up get armand neck. We are disgusted. The front desk clerk has been very apologetic and helpful. u

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is very clean and our beds were very comfortable. The location is super convenient to get to Six Flags. I certainly would stay there again.

Had 2 rooms. We stayed 4 days n housekeeping never went to clean or collect trash. Went to complain, staff said they didn't have anyone to collect the trash, then gave me a bag and said to collect the trash there. They said they would make sure it was cleaned next day but they never went. Asked for clean towels since they haven't replaced them and they said they didn't have enough for my 2 rooms. Had to go up and down to talk to staff because the phone in the room was just for "show" because it was not connected to any outlet or had a cord to connect to an outlet. Outdoor doors were kept unlocked without needing a key to access facility. Elevator makes loud noises and rumbles. Every night we were locked out of both our rooms. Every night after trying to go in our room, we had to go downstairs and get our keys rescanned.

Toilet backed up multiple times. Phone in the room did not have a card, so it was inoperable. No room service scheduled because it was every other day. Cleanliness is not displayed throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, this was my second stay to give the hotel another chance because my first stay was not nice.
