House was fine. Concerns with the following: no deadbolt on main entry door, one TV in living room, none in 3 bedrooms, floor is damaged, beds were very uncomfortable and traffic noise is all night as home backup to a 6 lane main road.

The location is amazing if you are looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood. The utilization of the garage was also a plus! The cleanliness was not up to standards for the applicable cleaning fee charged. Upon arrival, there was a dirty sauce pan in the kitchen sink, a pair of dirty socks on the living room couch along with a dirty toilet (visible poop splatter). The beds are not comfortable (mattresses are the equivalent to a 1 inch pad on a box spring. There are also no extra blankets other than the very thin comforters on the beds. If you have dogs the yard is black clay covered in acorns difficult for them to roam around freely or come back in with clean paws.

Not ready for guests

While the property has nice design with plenty of closet space there were a number of issues. Bathroom floors not clean, back yard was so full of old storm debris it wasn’t suitable for our dogs to make much use of, patio had at least an 8” depth of leaves, vinyl floor planks are loose throughout the house and pulling away from in a number places enough to be a hazard. Master bath sink leaks underneath to the point we did not use it.Pictures on the VRBO website are not accurate. Table for 6 with upholstered chairs has replaced with a bench table that barely fits 4. Bar chairs pictured replaced with stools.Can not envision staying with this company again
