Outside in parking lot was gross, leaking water and smelled like sewage. But the actual hotel was great and our room was great, just was frustrated at the lack of water for guest inside the hotel

He had to switch rooms and the mattresses were very old and deformed. The AC didn’t work in the first room with got and the second room. The hotel and rooms felt very dirty. Will not be staying there ever again.

The room service lady that I spoke to over the phone was the rudest person I have ever had while staying at an hotel.. she accused me of having a dog in the room for no reason then once we got off the phone she finally got us our order she sent up our order and made sure the ice cream was completely melted. very disappointing
