The Space:

This home has three bedrooms, with an additional office converted to bedroom** and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed while other two bedrooms have queen beds. There are two dens, one is perfect for closing off for some quiet time with your favorite book and the other is more of a living space with a smart TV for streaming. The reading room does have a pull out couch that can sleep two. The dining room has seating for 6 with an additional four bar stools. The house is stocked full of just about every kitchen gadget, utensil, pot and pan you could ever need. The owners are huge boardgames advocates so have plenty of board games that are rotated through the home.



**The "office bedroom" with the twin bed and twin trundle is off of the master bedroom. While there are doors to this office space the master is only accessible by going through this office space.



The property is shared with the Bikers Loft, a 1 bedroom apartment above the garage about 50m from the house. It is also available for rent. Please let us know if you wish to host an event on the property as you must rent both places.
