The worst part is self parking is $45 per day, which is easy to miss if you don’t read the fine print. There is nowhere you can park where you don’t have to pay, like street parking or something. So, you are a captive audience. Half the staff were friendly and half were not. The front desk was not particularly helpful. There was a male bartender and a female bartender who were super nice. I think they’re short staffed because different things were closed at different times when you would think they’d be open. The hallway smelled terrible. My room was OK except for that the shower door leaked uncontrollably, the toilet ran constantly, and the bedsheets either didn’t fit or wouldn’t stay on the bed. It’s not a quiet hotel. Overall, I would say it was just below average, especially for the price. The parking charges are absurd. I would not stay there again.

It says that there is daily cleaning, but when I got back my room was not touched and was told that it's done every other day. The food was served cold, brown stuff floating in the Tapatio jar, the pool was filthy and had dirty towels laying around for the two days I was there, the windows from the dining into the pool area had sticky smears all over them and I missed seeing that you have to pay to park. $45 per day! The only person that was welcoming and nice was the valet guy. I'm very shocked die to this being a Hilton, I've had a better stay at cheaper places! This isn't worth $250 per night!

The rooms were comfortable and it was nice to have a view of the ocean from our balcony. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our only disappointment was that the bathroom was very small and inconvenient with very few Towels.
