Take it easy at this unique and patriotic themed getaway with gorgeous Douglas Lake and Smoky Mountain Views. You can take in the views from the rockers on the front porch, the dining area out back, while soaking in the hot tub or enjoying a relaxing night at the firepit. This home was built in 1928 from a Sears and Robuck Catalog House Kit located in the historic town of Dandridge, TN. The home has been beautifully renovated. It is an easy walk to the downtown district and Douglas Lake. We do charge a $500 security deposit.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. Conveniences include a sofa bed and a washing machine.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as a hot tub or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.

Family Vacation

We had a brilliant time. The house was clean well appointed and spacious for a family of five. Kitchen was well equipped and even though I shopped in Knoxville, I could have found everything at Food City in Dandridge. Dandridge was very nice. Douglas Lake was gorgeous. About 35-40 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Just a fabulous vacation with a nice, comfortable house on a quiet street at the end of the day. Hope to return. Recommended.

Southern hospitality at its best

So amzed at how clean and decorated for the holiday along with thinking of every last detail. So glad we stayed here. Will stay here again next time i come down. Within driving distance to all locations and attractions as well
