Welcome to our cozy little retreat nestled in the heart of the Dandridge countryside, where small is beautiful and less is more. Our charming "tiny" home may be petite in size, but it packs a powerful punch when it comes to comfort and style.
This little gem is located just over a mile off interstate 40 and about 5 minutes to Douglas Lake, 30 minutes to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and other great attractions. We do charge a $500 security deposit.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Quiet country setting

I was there for business in Morristown. The cabin is about 20 minutes away. Jacuzzi, hammock, fire pit, and a grill, plus all the amenities of home inside. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Cozy

The tiny house was just what we needed for our quick trip to visit our son at Carson Newman University. We didn’t have a chance to use the outdoor space with the hammock, fire pit and hot tub, but the inside of the home had a comfy bed, beautiful kitchen area and clean, updated bathroom.
