The gentleman at the desk at check in barely spoke. Could be friendlier. Light in our bathroom didnt work. They sent someone but he said he couldnt fix it then. So it was dark in there. Room couldve been a little cleaner. Bar/bistro staff was friendly and helpful

Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars. However, this hotel could use a deep cleaning in their rooms and probably throughout as far as I am concerned. The couch in room 225 was stained and the bathroom floor didn’t look much like it had been swept or mopped in a day or more, and the refrigerator was a bit dirty. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and I felt safe during my short stay. Be aware that there is a $3.00 parking charge.

Main complaint is the hotel charged an additional parking fee and did not see this advertised. It was an open lot, not controlled in any way.

Safe and clean. Room was comfortable and the bed was wonderful. When I got there the front desk person was on his phone and did not seem welcoming. Also I was charged three dollars for parking and hadn’t been tracking on that.
