Bad communication

Iam living vrbo i live sooner but they didnt resolves trouble i had missing water no wifi etc... vrbo and owner didnt do anything Iam waiting to have my money back in case you cannot did it i will post on various ihave made all video of it is vrbo defending the owner only?
