Pied à terre sympa et proche de tout

Pied à terre idéal pour famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Commerces de proximité, moyenne surface pas loin, proches des grands axes et tout près du centre de Rouen. Le poney club d'à coté est un grand plus pour occuper les matinées des enfants. Accueil très sympathique.
