You will have access to 2 pools at The Beach Club as well as the private beach via a boardwalk, community grilling area, all conveniently located on the island. This condo unit is within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. This unit does not have a beach view but you will have access to the beach and both pools. A security deposit and rental agreement are required with this property as well as a cleaning fee. The security deposit will be a pre-authorization placed on your credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.
