Consider this adorable apartment your home away from home while you visit Davenport. This cozy space features 1 bedroom, AC, heating, and WiFi. The serene atmosphere will make you feel relaxed and at ease during your stay. We think our place will help you experience everything Davenport has to offer.
Although we have a Keurig and miscellaneous coffee pods that you can enjoy out on the back covered porch there is also the Iron and Grain coffeehouse across the street and Redband coffee three blocks south.
This cute one bedroom is located in an 1880 historic building which consist of seven units and one of those units belongs to our management office.
We are blocks away from both Saint Ambrose University and Palmer chiropractic College.
And if you’re staying more than a couple days, we have Aldi’s grocery store just kitty corner to us.
